Sharpen your speed this spring by finishing strong in swim, bike, and run. Don't cut strokes short—complete every motion to unlock power and automate recovery.
Swim: Push fingernails forward on finish, engaging the side abdominal facia for better rotation and breath.
Run: Full push-off loads tension in your anterior hip facia for natural "pop" and airtime.
Bike: Lightly pull back at bottom like scraping mud to maintain momentum.
